PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRODUCT CARE:
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Size charts can be found on every specific product page. Please see size charts here.
WHAT IF I’M ON THE BORDER BETWEEN TWO SIZES?
Whether to go up or down a size when you’re sitting right on the border can depend on the purpose of the garment. If you’re mostly going to be using your compression wear for recovery purposes, we would recommend that you choose the smaller size. If you’re mostly going to use the compression garment during physical activity, we recommend choosing the larger size. Your compression garment should be a neat, tight fit, but it should not inhibit circulation.
WHAT DOES THE MM THICKNESS IN A WETSUIT MEAN?
The wetsuit thickness measurements is in millimeters and run from the center of the suit, the core, to your arms and legs. For example, a 3/2MM wetsuit, the core thickness is 3 millimeters and the legs and arms are 2 millimeters thick.
WHY WEAR COMPRESSION?
Compression clothing has been proven to improve athlete performance before, during and after activity through improved circulation, muscle containment and reduced muscle vibration.
Compression helps you to train longer, perform stronger and recover faster
HOW SHOULD I WASH AND CARE FOR MY 2XU GEAR?
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colours
- Do NOT Tumble dry. hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets
- Do not iron
When storing, we recommend placing apparel in garment bag to protect from snags and prolonged exposure from sun.
We recommend getting a delicates laundry bag for extra long use.
HOW DO YOU PROPERLY CARE FOR A WETSUIT?
When cleaning your wetsuit, hand wash in cool, fresh water to remove salt deposits. Hang out of direct sunlight to dry. Clean your wetsuit after each use to ensure it remains flexible and durable. Please keep in mind that neoprene is a lightweight, performance-based material and is vulnerable to excessive force. Care must be taken when putting on or removing your wetsuit, as finger-induced tears can occur (especially on the exposed neoprene on chest and back panels). Avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces.
